At FaithFlow Rooted Ministry, we’re committed to ensuring every customer can access their purchased resources quickly and securely. This Toolkit Access Policy outlines how to retrieve, redownload, or request assistance with your files.

Accessing Your Toolkit

Each toolkit comes with two formats:

• ⬇️ Downloadable PDF (static, printable version)

• 🔗 Google Sheet Version (editable digital tool)

When you click either link, you’ll be prompted to open or download your file.

💡 If you choose the Google Sheet version, please click “Make a Copy” before editing to save your personal version.

Alternate Access (Excel Option)

If you don’t use Google Workspace, a Micro Excel version is available for each toolkit. These versions can be opened using Excel, Numbers, or LibreOffice.

💾 All toolkit folders include both the Google and Excel versions to ensure accessibility for every user.

 Access Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues accessing your files, please review these steps before contacting support:

• Refresh the page and try the link again.

• Make sure you’re logged into your Google account if using a Sheet version.

• Check your spam or junk folder for your order confirmation email.

If the problem persists, please use the email format below to ensure your message is flagged as High Priority in our system.

Technical Help Email

Q: I didn’t get my download link.
A: First, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, please email us at faithflowrootedministry@gmail.com.

In the subject line, type:
👉 High Priority: Missing Toolkit Access Link

In the body of the email, include:

• Your full name

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

• Toolkit name or bundle purchased

Once verified, we’ll resend your access links as soon as possible.

Duplicate Toolkit or Error

Q: What if I accidentally purchased a toolkit twice or the wrong one?
A: Please email us at faithflowrootedministry@gmail.com.

In the subject line, type:
👉 High Priority: Toolkit Access or Duplicate Purchase Issue

In the body of the email, include:

• Your full name

• Order number(s)

• The product(s) purchased

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Once verified, we’ll process the correction or refund for the duplicate order promptly.

Security & File Protection

Your toolkit download links are unique to your order. Please do not share them publicly. FaithFlow Rooted Ministry reserves the right to update, replace, or secure files as needed to maintain content integrity and protect digital assets.
