2. Digital Products

  • Digital products (ebooks, minis, devotionals, flipbooks, toolkits, music, etc.) are delivered electronically.

  • Delivery is deemed complete once access or download is provided.

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final unless the product is defective or inaccessible.

3. Physical Products

  • Physical products (journals, planners, and printed books) are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Any application of our resources to political campaigns is the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Payments & Transactions

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal).

  • By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with their terms and policies.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

7. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • FaithFlow Rooted Ministry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from the use of our resources.

 1. Permitted Use

FaithFlow music is designed to equip and inspire ministries, leaders, and campaign teams. You may:

  • Download and play FaithFlow songs for personal listening, devotion, study, or team reflection.

  • Use tracks in church, classroom, or ministry gatherings when not for profit.

  • Share short clips or excerpts (under 30 seconds) for non-commercial educational or promotional purposes, with credit to FaithFlow Rooted Ministry.

   2. Prohibited Use

Without written permission, you may not:

  • Sell, redistribute, or include FaithFlow music in other products, videos, or recordings.

  • Remix, edit, or publicly stream the music for commercial gain.

  • Upload the full track to any digital or social platform.
