By accessing or using this website, purchasing a product, registering for a course or workshop, using the FaithFlow Candidate Training System™, using any interactive planner, builder, checklist, Interactive Tool, digital resource, downloadable material, or related service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not use the website, products, services, Interactive Tools, or resources.

ENTITY INFORMATION

FaithFlow Rooted Ministry LLC operates this website and provides faith-based books, devotionals, journals, music, educational resources, Discovery Tools, and related ministry materials.

Certain campaign-related products, training resources, courses, workshops, and Interactive Tools are provided by FaithFlow Campaign Series LLC.

References to “FaithFlow,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to the FaithFlow entity providing the applicable product, resource, website feature, Interactive Tool, course, workshop, or service.

1. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All FaithFlow content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

FaithFlow content may include, without limitation:

• books and ebooks;
• mini books;
• devotionals;
• journals;
• toolkits;
• planners;
• songs and audio;
• videos and flipbooks;
• courses and workshops;
• workbooks;
• slide decks;
• speaker notes;
• facilitator materials;
• scripts and scenarios;
• trackers and worksheets;
• website content;
• Discovery Tools;
• Interactive Tools;
• application code;
• interfaces;
• field sequences;
• question structures;
• logic;
• templates;
• training methods;
• branding;
• visual layouts;
• downloadable files;
• related educational resources.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all such content remains the property of FaithFlow Rooted Ministry LLC or FaithFlow Campaign Series LLC, depending on the applicable product or service.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased or accessed FaithFlow content only for the personal, educational, ministry, campaign, or organizational purpose expressly permitted for that resource.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• reproduce;
• republish;
• resell;
• redistribute;
• sublicense;
• upload publicly;
• share with unauthorized users;
• remove branding or copyright notices;
• rebrand;
• scrape;
• extract;
• reverse engineer;
• imitate;

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and other remedies available under applicable law.

2. GENERATED RESULTS AND PERMITTED PERSONAL USE

Certain FaithFlow Interactive Tools and resources allow users to generate personal plans, questions, checklists, drafts, notes, or other results.

A user may copy, edit, print, and use their own generated result for lawful personal preparation, ministry use, campaign planning, team communication, or other purpose expressly permitted by the applicable resource.

This permission applies only to the user’s own generated result.

It does not transfer ownership of or grant access to:

• the Interactive Tool;
• application code;
• design;
• interface;
• field sequence;
• question structure;
• templates;
• logic;
• training method;
• curriculum;
• workbook;
• scenarios;
• speaker notes;
• facilitator materials;
• branding;
• related FaithFlow intellectual property.

Generated results may not be presented as official FaithFlow advice, legal approval, election-authority guidance, verified research, polling, government records, or professional compliance review.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products may include ebooks, devotionals, journals, music, flipbooks, courses, workbooks, toolkits, templates, downloads, videos, audio, and other electronic resources.

Delivery is considered complete when access, download links, files, credentials, or related digital materials are provided.

Because digital products can be accessed, copied, downloaded, or used immediately after delivery, sales may be final except where otherwise required by law or stated in an applicable Refund Policy or written agreement.

Users are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, software, internet access, and secure storage for downloaded files.

4. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products may include printed books, journals, planners, workbooks, and related materials.

Physical products are shipped to the address supplied at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns, replacements, and refunds for physical products are governed by the applicable Refund and Return Policy.

5. FAITH, EDUCATIONAL, AND PROFESSIONAL-ADVICE DISCLAIMER

FaithFlow resources are provided for educational, faith-based, organizational, reflective, and leadership-development purposes.

FaithFlow does not provide:

• legal advice;
• election-law advice;
• campaign-finance advice;
• accounting advice;
• tax advice;
• financial advice;
• medical advice;
• mental-health treatment;
• employment or labor advice;
• human-resources advice;
• insurance advice;
• safety advice;
• accessibility advice;
• cybersecurity advice;
• professional campaign-management advice;
• official government or election guidance.

Users are responsible for seeking advice from qualified professionals when appropriate.

Faith-based material is intended for personal reflection and educational use and is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, pastoral, or other professional care.

6. CAMPAIGN AND POLITICAL-USE DISCLAIMER

FaithFlow Rooted Ministry LLC and FaithFlow Campaign Series LLC are private businesses and educational resource providers.

Neither entity is:

• a political committee;
• a candidate committee;
• a government agency;
• an election authority;
• a political party;
• a law firm;
• an accounting firm;
• a campaign-finance compliance provider.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, FaithFlow is not authorized by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of any candidate, campaign committee, political party, government office, election authority, county organization, or political organization.

Campaign-related resources are provided for leadership training, education, organization, and preparation only.

FaithFlow does not guarantee:

• ballot qualification;
• legal compliance;
• fundraising results;
• voter support;
• volunteer participation;
• media outcomes;
• campaign performance;
• election results.

Users remain responsible for verifying all legal, filing, reporting, disclaimer, communication, payment, campaign-finance, ballot-access, and election requirements with the appropriate authority or qualified professional.

7. INTERACTIVE TOOLS

For purposes of these Terms, “Interactive Tools” includes all current and future FaithFlow planners, builders, checklists, reflection tools, preparation tools, and other interactive resources, including those connected to the FaithFlow Candidate Training System™.

Interactive Tools may organize information and selections entered by a user into a working draft, plan, question, checklist, or other on-screen result.

Interactive Tools do not independently:

• investigate;
• research;
• verify;
• approve;
• authorize;
• rank;
• score;
• assign;
• recommend;
• classify;
• interpret;
• legally review;
• determine compliance.

A result is based only on the user’s entries and selections.

FaithFlow does not verify the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, legality, safety, suitability, strategic value, authorization, or effectiveness of user entries or generated results.

Users are responsible for:

• reviewing all entries;
• correcting inaccurate wording;
• removing private or restricted information;
• editing generated results;
• adding required disclaimers or notices;
• confirming authority;
• obtaining another person’s agreement where applicable;
• verifying legal and campaign requirements;
• obtaining professional review when needed.

Interactive Tools do not create or establish:

• an employment relationship;
• an independent-contractor relationship;
• an internship;
• a volunteer relationship;
• an agency relationship;
• supervisory authority;
• an assignment accepted by another person;
• a contract;
• a legal obligation;
• authority to speak for or bind a campaign;
• authority to spend money;
• authority to approve reimbursement;
• authority to access voter data, donor data, financial information, accounts, campaign systems, or confidential records;
• proof that any action was completed, accepted, approved, authorized, lawful, or compliant.

8. PRIVACY AND RESTRICTED INFORMATION IN INTERACTIVE TOOLS

Users must not enter private, confidential, regulated, sensitive, or identifying information into an Interactive Tool.

Prohibited information includes, without limitation:

• full names of private individuals;
• identifying descriptions;
• phone numbers;
• email addresses;
• home addresses;
• dates of birth;
• identification numbers;
• voter files;
• voting history;
• party affiliation;
• voter-registration information;
• donor information;
• contribution history;
• employer or occupation information;
• banking information;
• payment-card information;
• account numbers;
• routing numbers;
• passwords;
• passcodes;
• usernames;
• credentials;
• login information;
• private links;
• medical information;
• disability information;
• family information;
• protected demographic information;
• confidential campaign strategy;
• opposition research;
• private legal information;
• nonpublic campaign records.

Interactive Tools are not designed to function as:

• secure storage;
• donor databases;
• volunteer databases;
• employee databases;
• CRMs;
• campaign-finance systems;
• accounting systems;
• legal-compliance systems;
• official campaign records;
• task-management systems;
• calendar systems.

Some Interactive Tools may perform a limited automated check for obvious email addresses, telephone-number formats, URLs, credentials, account-related terms, or similar entries.

These limited checks are basic safeguards only.

They do not constitute:

• security scanning;
• identity detection;
• privacy review;
• legal review;
• confirmation that an entry contains no restricted information.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and removing all prohibited information.

9. INTERACTIVE TOOL STORAGE AND BROWSER BEHAVIOR

Unless expressly stated otherwise, custom Interactive Tool code is not designed to intentionally save, submit, upload, email, message, or transmit user entries.

Entries may exist only while the active page remains open.

Refreshing, closing, navigating away from, leaving the website, restarting the browser, or changing devices may clear entries and generated results.

Browsers, devices, Wix, hosting services, cookies, autofill, caching, restoration, analytics, and parent-page behavior may operate outside the custom Interactive Tool code’s control.

Users must not treat an Interactive Tool as secure storage or rely on it to preserve information.

Users should copy any permitted result they need before leaving the page.

10. CAMPAIGN COMMUNICATIONS, POLITICAL ACTIVITY, AND OUTSIDE RESOURCES

Interactive Tools do not authorize:

• voter contact;
• donor contact;
• fundraising solicitations;
• text messages;
• phone calls;
• emails;
• campaign advertisements;
• public statements;
• social-media posts;
• political activity during paid work time;
• use of employer resources;
• use of government resources;
• use of nonprofit resources;
• use of corporate resources;
• use of union resources;
• access to third-party information;
• use of campaign systems or private records.

Users remain responsible for all applicable:

• consent requirements;
• sender-identification requirements;
• opt-out requirements;
• campaign disclaimers;
• paid-for-by language;
• privacy requirements;
• workplace restrictions;
• political-activity rules;
• election laws;
• campaign-finance rules;
• recordkeeping duties.

Do not assume that paid work time, employer email, workplace equipment, government property, organizational facilities, contact lists, vehicles, accounts, or other third-party resources may be used for campaign activity.

11. INTERACTIVE TOOL-SPECIFIC MISUSE RESTRICTIONS

In addition to the general restrictions in these Terms, the following rules apply to specific FaithFlow campaign Interactive Tools.

A. Voter Listening Question Builder

The Voter Listening Question Builder may not be used to:

• intimidate, threaten, deceive, pressure, or harass a voter;
• interfere with voting or a person’s right to participate freely in an election;
• collect party affiliation, voting history, voter-registration information, protected demographic information, or private personal information;
• identify supporters or opponents unlawfully;
• conduct unlawful polling, profiling, targeting, or research;
• represent informal conversations as verified polling, scientific research, district-wide opinion, or majority support;
• solicit voters in a legally restricted polling-place or election zone;
• enter private property or remain after permission is denied or withdrawn;
• impersonate a government office, election authority, political party, polling organization, or research organization;
• make false statements about another person’s views;
• create defamatory, discriminatory, deceptive, or unlawful questions;
• claim that FaithFlow approved, endorsed, verified, or legally cleared a generated or edited question.

B. Voter Conversation Planner

The Voter Conversation Planner may not be used to:

• intimidate, threaten, pressure, deceive, or harass another person;
• interfere with a person’s right to vote or participate freely in an election;
• collect voter history, voter-registration data, party affiliation, protected demographic information, contact details, or other private information;
• unlawfully identify, classify, profile, or target supporters or opponents;
• create false voter records;
• impersonate an election authority, government office, pollster, research organization, or political party;
• misquote or falsely attribute statements;
• represent informal notes as verified polling, scientific research, district-wide opinion, or majority support;
• conduct unlawful solicitation near a polling place or restricted election location;
• remain on private property after permission is denied or withdrawn;
• unlawfully record, photograph, or livestream another person;
• use the application as a substitute for official guidance, lawful polling, legal review, or professional advice;
• claim that FaithFlow observed, approved, endorsed, verified, or legally cleared a conversation, note, follow-up, or edited result.

C. First Five Voter Conversations Planner

The First Five Voter Conversations Planner may not be used to:
• collect, enter, store, organize, or process another person’s full name, phone number, email address, street address, private home address, voter-registration information, party affiliation, voting history, protected demographic information, confidential information, private information, sensitive information, privileged information, protected information, or personally identifying information;
• create, enhance, replace, supplement, or function as a voter file, walk list, voter database, campaign CRM, supporter list, opposition list, contact list, polling database, targeting list, or official campaign voter-contact record;
• identify, classify, profile, target, rank, score, or label supporters, opponents, persuadable voters, likely voters, unlikely voters, donors, volunteers, or voter groups;
• conduct or represent the results as polling, survey research, scientific sampling, voter analysis, district-wide opinion, majority opinion, public-opinion research, or verified community sentiment;
• claim that five conversations establish a voter pattern, prove what voters care about, identify what the district supports, predict voter behavior, or require changes to a candidate’s message, policies, targeting, priorities, voter-contact goals, or campaign strategy;
• misquote, falsely attribute, exaggerate, distort, or misrepresent what another person said;
• pressure, threaten, deceive, harass, intimidate, manipulate, or continue contacting someone who has declined conversation or asked the candidate to stop;
• enter restricted areas, remain on private property after permission is denied or withdrawn, violate posted restrictions, solicit where prohibited, or disregard the rules of businesses, churches, schools, workplaces, events, public spaces, or community locations;
• record audio, record video, photograph, livestream, or document another person without any legally required consent and appropriate permission;
• impersonate an election authority, government office, pollster, research organization, political party, campaign official, media outlet, business owner, church leader, school representative, or other person or organization;
• represent a generated conversation plan as official guidance, lawful polling, research approval, legal review, campaign approval, or professional advice;
• claim that FaithFlow selected, approved, verified, endorsed, legally reviewed, professionally cleared, or confirmed a planned conversation, location, question, participant, setting, listening plan, or generated result;
• copy, extract, reproduce, teach from, imitate, reverse engineer, re-create, modify, or build a competing product from the application, code, interface, field sequence, question structure, planning structure, curriculum, workbook, speaker notes, facilitator materials, or related FaithFlow content.
The First Five Voter Conversations Planner is an educational and organizational tool connected to Module 3 of the FaithFlow Candidate Training System™. It helps candidates prepare early listening conversations. It does not replace lawful research, campaign guidance, legal review, official election-authority guidance, professional advice, or the Module 3 workbook and training.
D. Fundraising Ask Builder

The Fundraising Ask Builder may not be used to:

• solicit or accept unlawful contributions;
• evade contribution limits, reporting duties, source restrictions, or attribution requirements;
• use another person’s name, identity, account, or funds;
• reimburse or promise reimbursement for a contribution;
• conceal or misrepresent the true contributor or source of funds;
• create false donor, receipt, payment, accounting, or contribution records;
• collect donor, financial, banking, payment, voter, employment, family, or identifying information;
• impersonate a candidate, campaign treasurer, attorney, accountant, election authority, government agency, political organization, or payment processor;
• pressure, threaten, deceive, shame, guilt, intimidate, harass, or retaliate against another person;
• imply that a contribution is required;
• exchange or promise access, influence, employment, contracts, appointments, permits, services, benefits, favors, policy outcomes, votes, or official action for a contribution;
• misrepresent a campaign need, intended use of funds, deadline, legal requirement, endorsement, or urgency;
• state or imply that FaithFlow reviewed, approved, verified, endorsed, or legally cleared a fundraising ask.

E. Team Responsibility Planner

The Team Responsibility Planner may not be used to:

• assign unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory, inaccessible, deceptive, or unauthorized work;
• assign work without the person’s knowledge and agreement;
• misclassify an employee, contractor, intern, consultant, agent, or volunteer;
• evade wage, overtime, payroll, tax, reimbursement, reporting, benefits, insurance, employment, or campaign-finance obligations;
• create false records of agreement, authorization, attendance, hours, volunteer service, employment, payment, reimbursement, training, completion, or performance;
• pressure, threaten, shame, guilt, manipulate, deceive, harass, discriminate against, exploit, punish, or retaliate against another person;
• imply that voting, political support, endorsement, access, employment, contracts, benefits, favors, public services, policy action, or official action depends on accepting a responsibility;
• overload a person because they previously helped, are dependable, are related to the candidate, work for the candidate, or support the campaign;
• expand a responsibility beyond what the person agreed to carry;
• require use of personal money, equipment, vehicles, insurance, employer resources, paid work time, accounts, or private information without proper authorization and review;
• collect contact information, health information, disability information, family information, protected demographic information, voter data, donor data, financial information, identification numbers, credentials, passwords, or private campaign records;
• grant unauthorized access to voter files, donor files, payment systems, campaign accounts, email accounts, social-media accounts, drives, databases, or private records;
• impersonate a candidate, campaign manager, treasurer, HR professional, attorney, accountant, election authority, employer, insurer, government agency, or authorized campaign representative;
• state or imply that FaithFlow selected, assigned, evaluated, approved, verified, endorsed, insured, classified, or legally cleared a person or responsibility.

F. Candidate Daily Top 3 Planner

The Candidate Daily Top 3 Planner may not be used to:

• enter or store names, contact information, voter data, donor information, financial information, account information, credentials, private links, confidential campaign strategy, or other private, identifying, sensitive, or restricted information;
• represent a generated plan as proof that an action was completed, approved, authorized, assigned, delegated, accepted, lawful, or compliant;
• grant authority to speak for a campaign, spend campaign funds, approve expenses, access campaign systems, use voter or donor data, or direct campaign personnel;
• create or imply an employment, contractor, intern, volunteer, agency, supervisory, or campaign-officer relationship;
• evade wage, payroll, tax, reimbursement, reporting, insurance, campaign-finance, election-law, workplace, or political-activity obligations;
• use employer, government, nonprofit, corporate, union, campaign, or third-party resources without proper permission;
• treat the planner as legal, strategic, safety, employment, financial, or professional campaign-management advice;
• claim that FaithFlow selected, ranked, recommended, approved, authorized, verified, or legally cleared an action, priority, decision, delegation, communication, or campaign plan.

F. Tough Question Response Builder

The Pressure Response and Bridge-Back Builder may not be used to:

• diagnose, profile, label, or claim to determine another person’s emotion, fear, motive, intent, identity, ideology, beliefs, or mental state;
• enter threats, emergency details, harassment evidence, identifying information, private records, voter data, donor data, confidential campaign information, or legally protected information;
• create, refine, organize, or distribute threatening, harassing, intimidating, defamatory, discriminatory, deceptive, coercive, manipulative, or unlawful content;
• invent or misrepresent facts, quotations, policy positions, legal conclusions, promises, commitments, endorsements, or campaign authority;
• impersonate a candidate, campaign, attorney, media outlet, election authority, government office, political organization, or another person;
• present a selected concern category as a factual finding, psychological diagnosis, voter profile, polling result, targeting classification, or statement of another person’s actual beliefs;
• use a bridge to deliberately evade a question or falsely imply that the question was answered;
• represent a generated response as fact-checked, legally reviewed, campaign-approved, safe, persuasive, suitable for publication, or accepted by another person;
• state or imply that FaithFlow observed, investigated, verified, approved, endorsed, authorized, or legally cleared the original statement or resulting response.

G. Campaign Capacity & Recovery Planner / Campaign Pace & Capacity Planner

The Campaign Capacity & Recovery Planner, also referred to as the Campaign Pace & Capacity Planner, may not be used to:
• diagnose, screen for, assess, score, treat, or claim to determine burnout, anxiety, depression, exhaustion, impairment, disability, fitness, stability, recovery, or any medical or mental-health condition;
• provide or represent a generated plan as medical treatment, mental-health treatment, therapy, counseling, crisis care, emergency guidance, nutritional advice, sleep treatment, or professional wellness advice;
• enter diagnoses, medications, treatment details, disability information, mental-health history, biometric information, emergency details, threats, evidence, names, contact information, voter data, donor data, campaign credentials, confidential strategy, or other private, identifying, sensitive, protected, privileged, or restricted information;
• delay, drop, delegate, move, reschedule, or change legal deadlines, qualifying requirements, ballot-access requirements, campaign-finance reports, filing duties, payment duties, compliance obligations, safety matters, or required responsibilities without proper review and authorization;
• represent a generated capacity plan, recovery block, boundary, task adjustment, support action, or next steady action as proof that a deadline was reviewed, a task was lawfully changed, another person agreed to help, a support request was accepted, a responsibility was delegated, or a campaign obligation was satisfied;
• assign another person, create worker or volunteer status, establish agency or supervisory authority, approve time off, grant campaign-system access, or create employment, contractor, volunteer, supervisory, legal, financial, or campaign-management obligations;
• pressure, shame, guilt, manipulate, threaten, harass, or retaliate against another person in connection with a boundary, support request, task adjustment, recovery block, or campaign responsibility;
• claim that prayer, Scripture, worship, sleep, exercise, family time, quiet, no-phone time, a trusted conversation, a walk, a clear plan, or another selected activity will prevent, treat, cure, or resolve a medical or mental-health condition;
• use the tool as a substitute for medical care, mental-health care, counseling, pastoral care, crisis support, legal review, compliance review, campaign management, professional advice, or emergency assistance;
• state or imply that FaithFlow diagnosed, treated, assessed, approved, medically cleared, legally cleared, professionally cleared, verified, endorsed, or determined the fitness, health, safety, readiness, capacity, recovery, or campaign obligations of any person;
• copy, extract, reproduce, teach from, imitate, reverse engineer, re-create, modify, or build a competing product from the application, code, interface, field sequence, capacity-plan structure, recovery-plan structure, boundary structure, curriculum, workbook, speaker notes, facilitator materials, or related FaithFlow content.
The Campaign Capacity & Recovery Planner / Campaign Pace & Capacity Planner is an educational planning tool connected to Module 10 — Managing Your Time & Energy. It helps candidates notice campaign pressure, identify general capacity concerns, choose a boundary, plan a recovery block, name a task adjustment, and choose a next steady action.
It is not medical care, mental-health care, counseling, crisis support, pastoral care, legal advice, campaign-finance advice, compliance advice, professional campaign management, or emergency guidance. Users remain responsible for seeking appropriate help from qualified professionals, trusted leaders, campaign advisors, legal counsel, compliance advisors, emergency services, or other appropriate support when needed.

H. Candidate Message Clarity Helper / Message Clarity Simplifier

Candidate Message Clarity Helper / Message Clarity Simplifier may not be used to:
• create or present a full campaign platform, policy position, legal position, compliance plan, fundraising message, advertisement, voter-contact message, official campaign communication, or legally required candidate statement;
• claim that FaithFlow verified, approved, endorsed, legally reviewed, fact-checked, authorized, professionally cleared, or certified a candidate’s message, issue, claim, promise, position, simplified wording, self-check result, or generated result;
• enter confidential, private, sensitive, privileged, protected, identifying, restricted, voter, donor, financial, account, credential, or campaign-system information;
• make unsupported factual claims, false statements, deceptive claims, unlawful promises, misleading comparisons, unverifiable accusations, defamatory statements, or statements the candidate is not authorized and able to support;
• represent a generated clarity check, simplified message, working message, self-check result, or repeatability check as legal advice, election-law advice, campaign-finance advice, compliance advice, public-relations advice, professional campaign consulting, polling, voter analysis, message testing, or official election-authority guidance;
• represent one starting issue, one specific problem, one group of affected people, one proposed change, one simplified message, or one working message as the candidate’s complete platform, full campaign message, final public statement, only issue of concern, or guaranteed public-facing message;
• use a generated working message without reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving the wording for accuracy, truthfulness, authorization, tone, legal compliance, office responsibilities, and campaign suitability;
• claim that a simplified message will cause voters to understand, remember, support, repeat, agree with, respond positively to, donate to, volunteer for, or vote for a candidate;
• use the tool as a substitute for the full Candidate Training System™, Module 4 training, workbook exercises, speaking practice, timing practice, recording practice, campaign review, legal review, public-relations review, fact-checking, or professional advice;
• copy, extract, reproduce, teach from, imitate, reverse engineer, re-create, modify, or build a competing product from the application, code, interface, field sequence, wording, clarity-check structure, simplifier structure, self-check structure, curriculum, workbook, speaker notes, facilitator materials, or related FaithFlow content.

I. Module 9 Fear Filter Bridge Helper

The Module 9 Fear Filter Bridge Helper may not be used to:

• diagnose, profile, label, classify, target, or claim to determine another person’s emotion, fear, motive, intent, belief, identity, ideology, support, opposition, truthfulness, or mental state;

• create, refine, organize, or distribute threatening, harassing, intimidating, defamatory, discriminatory, deceptive, coercive, manipulative, or unlawful content;
• invent or misrepresent facts, quotations, policy positions, legal conclusions, promises, commitments, endorsements, campaign authority, or another person’s statements;
• use a bridge-back line to deliberately evade a real concern or falsely imply that a question was answered;
• represent a generated practice response as fact-checked, legally reviewed, campaign-approved, safe, persuasive, suitable for publication, or accepted by another person;
• state or imply that FaithFlow observed, investigated, verified, approved, endorsed, authorized, or legally cleared the voter question, Fear Filter, concern line, one clear answer, message reminder, bridge-back line, or final practice response;
• copy, extract, reproduce, teach from, imitate, reverse engineer, re-create, modify, or build a competing product from the application, code, interface, field sequence, wording, Fear Filter structure, concern-line method, bridge sequence, curriculum, workbook, speaker notes, facilitator materials, or related FaithFlow content.

J. Reading the Moment / Voter Contact Practice Coach

Reading the Moment, also referred to as the Voter Contact Practice Coach, may not be used to:
• enter or use real voter information, including voter names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, party affiliation, voting history, demographic information, personal stories, private notes, campaign contact records, or voter-file information;
• analyze actual voters, identify supporters or opponents, determine consent for future contact, classify voter interest, recommend solicitation, or decide whether a real-world campaign action is lawful;
• represent a fictional practice scenario, selected answer, practice result, Gold Star moment, follow-up cue, or generated note as proof of support, permission, volunteer interest, donor suitability, fundraising permission, consent for future contact, or lawful campaign action;
• use the tool as a voter file, walk list, voter database, campaign CRM, polling tool, supporter-identification tool, opposition-identification tool, targeting tool, or official campaign voter-contact record;
• use the tool as legal advice, election-law advice, campaign-finance advice, compliance advice, polling advice, targeting advice, voter-data advice, fundraising advice, or professional campaign advice;
• rely on the tool instead of applicable laws, campaign policies, voter-contact rules, privacy requirements, polling-place restrictions, private-property rules, local requirements, legal counsel, compliance advisors, election authorities, or qualified campaign professionals;

Reading the Moment / Voter Contact Practice Coach is an optional educational practice tool connected to Module 5 — Voter Contact. It uses fictional voter-contact situations only. Candidates remain responsible for verifying real campaign decisions with the proper election authority, campaign professional, legal counsel, compliance advisor, or qualified person when needed.

K. Candidate Quick Pitch Builder

The Candidate Quick Pitch Builder may not be used to:
• create or present a final campaign platform, policy position, legal position, compliance plan, fundraising message, advertisement, voter-contact script, official campaign communication, or legally required candidate statement;
• claim that FaithFlow wrote, approved, endorsed, verified, fact-checked, authorized, legally reviewed, professionally cleared, or certified a candidate’s quick pitch, campaign message, public statement, promise, issue, position, or generated result;
• enter confidential, private, sensitive, privileged, protected, identifying, restricted, voter, donor, financial, account, credential, or campaign-system information;
• make unsupported factual claims, false statements, deceptive claims, unlawful promises, misleading comparisons, unverifiable accusations, or statements the candidate is not authorized and able to support;
• imply that a generated quick pitch guarantees voter support, donor support, volunteer interest, media results, ballot access, campaign performance, election results, or any other campaign outcome;
• use the generated result without reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving the wording for accuracy, truthfulness, authorization, tone, legal compliance, and campaign suitability;
• use the tool as a substitute for the full Candidate Training System™, Module 1 training, workbook exercises, facilitator guidance, campaign review, legal review, public-relations review, or professional advice;
• copy, extract, reproduce, teach from, imitate, reverse engineer, re-create, modify, or build a competing product from the application, code, interface, field sequence, quick-pitch structure, generated wording, curriculum, workbook, speaker notes, facilitator materials, or related FaithFlow content.

L. Local Concern Listening Log

The Local Concern Listening Log may not be used to:
• collect, enter, store, organize, or process another person’s name, phone number, email address, private home address, street address, voter-registration information, party affiliation, voting history, protected demographic information, confidential information, private information, sensitive information, privileged information, protected information, or personally identifying information;
• create, enhance, replace, supplement, or function as a voter file, walk list, voter database, campaign CRM, supporter list, opposition list, contact list, polling database, targeting list, or official campaign voter-contact record;
• identify, classify, profile, target, rank, score, or label supporters, opponents, persuadable voters, likely voters, unlikely voters, donors, volunteers, or voter groups;
• record support level, opposition level, persuasion status, voter likelihood, donor interest, volunteer interest, or any other individual political profile;
• conduct or represent the results as polling, survey research, scientific sampling, voter analysis, district-wide opinion, majority opinion, public-opinion research, or verified community sentiment;
• claim that one conversation establishes a voter pattern, proves what voters care about, identifies what the district supports, predicts voter behavior, or requires changes to a candidate’s message, policies, targeting, priorities, voter-contact goals, or campaign strategy;
• misquote, falsely attribute, exaggerate, distort, or misrepresent what another person said;
• present a short phrase as a verified quotation unless the user recorded it accurately, has permission to use it, and can lawfully support the statement;
• enter names, contact information, private details, campaign promises, sensitive personal information, or identifying details in a follow-up note;
• treat a follow-up note as an official campaign follow-up record, proof that follow-up was completed, proof that a person consented to future contact, proof of support, proof of volunteer interest, proof of donor suitability, or proof that a campaign action is lawful;

The Local Concern Listening Log is an educational and organizational tool connected to Module 3 of the FaithFlow Candidate Training System™. It helps candidates record a short, non-identifying listening note after one conversation. O. Voter Contact Notes — Field Companion

The Voter Contact Notes — Field Companion may not be used to:
• collect, enter, store, organize, or process voter names, street addresses, house descriptions, phone numbers, email addresses, voter-file IDs, voter-registration information, party affiliation, voting history, demographic information, protected information, confidential information, private information, sensitive personal details, or personally identifying information;
• create, enhance, replace, supplement, or function as a voter file, walk list, voter database, campaign CRM, supporter list, opposition list, contact list, polling database, targeting list, or official campaign voter-contact record;
• import, upload, copy, paste, or process voter lists, walk lists, voter-file information, campaign contact records, donor records, spreadsheets, screenshots, photographs, petitions, official forms, private campaign records, or third-party campaign data;
• identify, classify, profile, target, rank, score, or label supporters, opponents, persuadable voters, likely voters, unlikely voters, donors, volunteers, or voter groups;
• record support level, opposition level, persuasion status, voter likelihood, donor interest, volunteer interest, contribution interest, or any other individual political profile;

• enter restricted areas, remain on private property after permission is denied or withdrawn, violate posted restrictions, solicit where prohibited, or disregard the rules of businesses, churches, schools, workplaces, events, public spaces, private property, polling places, or other restricted locations;
• record audio, record video, photograph, livestream, or document another person without any legally required consent and appropriate permission;
• impersonate an election authority, government office, pollster, research organization, political party, campaign official, media outlet, business owner, church leader, school representative, or other person or organization;
• represent a generated summary, copied summary, field-session note, topic pattern, follow-up reminder, or session result as official guidance, lawful polling, research approval, legal review, campaign approval, verified research, or professional advice;
• claim that FaithFlow observed, approved, verified, endorsed, legally reviewed, professionally cleared, stored, maintained, or confirmed a voter contact, field session, topic, follow-up note, pattern, summary, or generated result;
• copy, extract, reproduce, teach from, imitate, reverse engineer, re-create, modify, or build a competing product from the application, code, interface, field sequence, note structure, field-session summary structure, curriculum, workbook, speaker notes, facilitator materials, or related FaithFlow content.
The Voter Contact Notes — Field Companion is an optional field-session companion connected to Module 5 — Voter Contact. It is intended for short, general, non-identifying notes after voter conversations so candidates can remember broad topics heard during a field session and notice what may need attention next.
The Voter Contact Notes — Field Companion is not a voter file, walk list, voter database, campaign CRM, voter-contact record, supporter-identification tool, polling tool, targeting tool, or permanent storage location for voter information. Users remain responsible for recording any official voter-contact information, identifying follow-up details, campaign records, consent records, and required follow-up actions in their campaign’s approved voter/contact system.
Session summaries reflect only the user’s own field-session notes. They are not polling results, survey results, voter-file data, or a representative measure of the district.

P. Ballot Access Preparation Checklist

The Ballot Access Preparation Checklist may not be used to:

• determine, verify, or certify ballot access, candidate qualification, legal compliance, election-law compliance, filing readiness, petition sufficiency, reporting compliance, campaign-finance compliance, or eligibility for office;
• provide or represent a generated checklist, preparation list, question list, status label, or copied result as legal advice, election-law advice, campaign-finance advice, compliance advice, professional campaign advice, or official election-authority guidance;
• rely on the tool as the source of current forms, filing dates, qualifying dates, deadlines, petition requirements, signature requirements, filing fees, payment methods, reporting requirements, office-specific rules, residency requirements, eligibility requirements, or legal obligations;
• claim that FaithFlow verified, approved, endorsed, authorized, legally reviewed, certified, or confirmed the accuracy of any form, date, fee, requirement, election-office instruction, user entry, checklist status, preparation list, question list, or generated result;
• enter confidential, private, sensitive, privileged, protected, identifying, restricted, voter, donor, financial, account, credential, or campaign-system information;

• treat “Confirmed,” “Still Need to Verify,” “Need to Ask,” “Not Applicable,” or any similar label as proof that a legal requirement has been satisfied, waived, completed, approved, or reviewed;
• delay, ignore, or change a legal deadline, filing requirement, payment requirement, reporting duty, appointment, signature requirement, form requirement, or other campaign obligation based on the tool’s organization of user entries;
• represent the generated result as an official filing checklist, official election-office document, legal compliance record, campaign-finance record, petition-verification record, or proof of candidate readiness;
• impersonate or speak on behalf of an election authority, supervisor of elections, filing officer, government office, campaign treasurer, attorney, accountant, or other professional;
• copy, extract, reproduce, teach from, imitate, reverse engineer, re-create, modify, or build a competing product from the application, code, interface, field sequence, checklist structure, question structure, curriculum, workbook, speaker notes, facilitator materials, or related FaithFlow content.

Users remain responsible for confirming all current ballot-access, candidate-qualification, filing, petition, form, fee, reporting, payment, deadline, office-specific, and legal requirements directly with the proper election authority or qualified professional before acting.

12. GENERAL PROHIBITED USE

Users may not use the website, products, resources, courses, workshops, Interactive Tools, or generated results to:

• violate any applicable law;
• commit fraud;
• deceive or mislead another person;
• defame another person;
• infringe intellectual-property rights;
• invade privacy;
• discriminate unlawfully;
• harass, threaten, exploit, or retaliate against another person;
• create false records;
• impersonate another person, campaign, organization, professional, government office, or authority;
• gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, files, databases, or records;
• introduce harmful code;
• interfere with the website or Interactive Tool operation;
• bypass access restrictions;
• misuse confidential or private information;
• claim official approval, legal compliance, ballot qualification, filing acceptance, government endorsement, or FaithFlow approval when none exists;
• copy, extract, reproduce, teach, resell, imitate, reverse engineer, re-create, or use FaithFlow content to create a competing product.

13. PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment processors.

FaithFlow does not directly control the independent systems, security procedures, terms, or policies of third-party payment providers.

By completing a transaction, you agree to comply with the applicable provider’s terms and policies.

Prices may change without advance notice.

Applicable fees, taxes, shipping, service costs, or other charges may be shown during checkout or stated in a separate agreement.

14. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Refunds, returns, billing corrections, cancellations, and access termination are governed by:

• the applicable Refund and Return Policy;
• the applicable product description;
• any signed course, license, workshop, pilot, or service agreement;
• applicable law.

Where a separate written agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the separate written agreement controls for that transaction.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FaithFlow Rooted Ministry LLC, FaithFlow Campaign Series LLC, and their respective owners, members, managers, representatives, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• use of or inability to use the website;
• products;
• courses;
• workshops;

• loss of information;
• campaign decisions;
• compliance decisions;
• financial decisions;

18. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF ACCESS

FaithFlow may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, products, services, Interactive Tools, courses, workshops, or resources if:

• security concerns arise;

19. FAITHFLOW MUSIC USAGE POLICY

All FaithFlow songs and soundtracks are original works created under the direction of FaithFlow Rooted Ministry.

A. Permitted Use

You may:

• use tracks in churches, classrooms, small groups, or ministry gatherings only when prior permission is granted, no admission fee is charged, and the use is noncommercial;

B. Prohibited Use

Without written permission, you may not:

20. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

21. SEVERABILITY
