Refund & Return Policy

At FaithFlow Rooted Ministry, we are committed to providing high-quality resources that equip and encourage leaders in faith, family, and service. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Products

Digital products include, but are not limited to:
ebooks, mini ebooks, printable workbooks, devotionals, toolkits, flipbooks, MP3 audio files (songs or audiobooks), digital planners, and downloadable resources.

  • Delivery is considered complete once download access or email delivery is provided.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

Refunds are not issued once a digital product has been delivered, except in the following limited circumstances:

  • File corruption or technical error that prevents access.

  • Incorrect product delivery due to a verified system error.

  • Accidental duplicate purchase of the same product.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us using the details below.

Include in your message:

  • Full name

  • Order number(s)

  • Product(s) purchased

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, you may request a refund for the duplicate order.

Include in your message:

  • Full name

  • Order number(s)

  • Product(s) purchased more than once

  • Proof of purchase

Once verified, a refund will be issued for the duplicate purchase only.

2. Physical Products

Physical products include printed journals, planners, and books.

  • Physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • Returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Digital products once delivered (except as noted above)

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Customized or special-order products

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Accidental purchase of the wrong product (unless purchased twice)

  • Failure to download or use a product due to device incompatibility or lack of technical knowledge

  • Campaign outcomes, election results, or personal results — all resources are educational tools and do not guarantee specific outcomes

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.

  • FaithFlow Rooted Ministry is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Educational & Campaign Resources Disclaimer

Campaign-related and leadership resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
No refunds will be issued based on campaign performance, political outcomes, or individual results.
