Refund & Return Policy

At FaithFlow Rooted Ministry, we are committed to providing high-quality resources that equip and encourage leaders in faith, family, and service. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Digital Products

  • Digital products include (but are not limited to) ebooks, mini ebooks, devotionals, toolkits, flipbooks, music files, and digital planners.

  • Delivery is complete once download access or email delivery is provided.

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

  • Refunds will not be issued after delivery, except in cases of:

    • File corruption or technical error that prevents access.

    • Incorrect product delivery due to system error.

  • If you encounter a problem with your file, 

  • Important: Please use the subject line:

  • High Priority: Technical Error (for missing or broken download links)

  • Include in the body:
    • Your full name
    • Order number(s)
    • The product(s) purchased twice
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Once verified, we will process a refund for the duplicate order.

  • Duplicate Purchases
    If you accidentally buy the same product twice, please email us at support@faithflowrootedministry.org.

  • Important: Please use the subject line:  Use the subject line: High Priority: Duplicate Purchase Refund

  • Include in the body:
    • Your full name
    • Order number(s)
    • The product(s) purchased twice
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Once verified, we will process a refund for the duplicate order.

2. Physical Products

  • Physical products include journals, planners, and printed books.

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

    • Unused,

    • In original condition, and

    • Returned in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, 

  • Use the subject line: High Priority: Physical Product (for issues with shipped products, if applicable)

  • Include in the body:
    • Your full name
    • Order number(s)
    • The product(s) purchased twice
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Once verified, we will process a refund for the duplicate order.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • All digital products once delivered (except in cases noted above).

  • Discounted or promotional items.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Accidental purchase of the wrong product (unless also purchased twice; see Duplicate Purchase Refund).

  • Failure to download or use a product due to lack of technical knowledge or incompatible devices.

  • Campaign outcomes or results — our resources are educational tools and do not guarantee specific results.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

  • FaithFlow Rooted Ministry is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.

5. Educational & Campaign Resources Disclaimer

  • Campaign-related resources are provided for educational purposes only.

  • No refunds will be issued based on campaign results or political outcomes.
