FaithFlow Rooted Ministry (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to transparency regarding how our resources, communications, and content may be accessed and used. This Permissions & Usage Policy outlines the permissions granted to users, as well as usage boundaries for FaithFlow resources.

By accessing our website, purchasing our products, downloading materials, or participating in quizzes or tools, you agree to the permissions and limitations outlined below.

1. Digital Resource Permissions

When you purchase or download FaithFlow resources, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

This applies to:

  • Digital PDF Books

  • Printable Workbooks

  • Devotionals and journals

  • MP3 audio files (songs or audiobooks)

  • Flipbooks and digital companions

  • Linked resources (including Google Sheets)

You may:

  • Download and use resources for personal study, devotion, or team use within your household, church, or nonprofit setting (non-commercial)

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share files publicly

  • Upload content to websites, social platforms, or marketplaces

  • Modify content for commercial use

2. Email & Digital Communication Permissions

By submitting your name and email through:

  • quizzes

  • forms

  • resource downloads

  • purchases

You grant permission for FaithFlow Rooted Ministry to:

  • Deliver requested resources or quiz results

  • Send occasional updates, devotionals, or FaithFlow-related communications

You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link included in our messages.

We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Quiz & Form Participation

FaithFlow quizzes and forms are provided for educational and faith-development purposes only.

  • Quiz responses are used to generate personalized results or deliver relevant resources.

  • Participation does not constitute professional, psychological, or pastoral counseling.

  • Results are informational and reflective, not diagnostic.

4. Audio Content Permissions

FaithFlow audio resources include:

  • MP3 songs (campaign books and select journals)

  • MP3 audiobooks (Faith & Leadership books)

Audio content is licensed for:

  • Personal listening

  • Devotional use

  • Non-commercial group settings (churches, classrooms, nonprofits)

Audio content may not be:

  • Resold or redistributed

  • Uploaded in full to social platforms

  • Remixed or altered without written permission

5. Google Sheets & Linked Resource Access

Some resources include access to Google Sheets or other linked tools.

  • Access links are provided for personal use only.

  • Users must create their own copy (“Make a Copy”) before editing.

  • Do not request edit access to the original file.

FaithFlow Rooted Ministry may update or replace linked resources to maintain accuracy and functionality.

6. Media, Images & Event Participation

If you participate in future FaithFlow events, gatherings, or workshops:

  • You grant permission for non-commercial use of photos or media captured during events, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • You may request exclusion from media use by contacting us in advance.

7. Violations & Enforcement

FaithFlow Rooted Ministry reserves the right to:

  • Revoke access to resources

  • Restrict future downloads

  • Take appropriate action if misuse or unauthorized distribution is identified
